OSV-CM is a self-centering vise with automatic indexing, designed to be installed on the platform of Machining Centers with hydraulic presetting. The vise can be universally installed on horizontal or vertical machines with fixed or rotating platform and with or without pallet change.

- Safety: an integrated hydraulic accumulator guarantees blocking of the part during pallet-change applications, compensating for possible draw marks.
- Precision and reliability: built with special treated steels; an access for pneumatic pressurisation, together with washers and protection devices against machining contamination, optimizes performance and extends maintenance intervals.
- Rigidity: overdimensioned slides adjusted to millesimal tolerances; final centering adjustment performed after installation for the best geometric precision.
- Versatility: the blocking mechanism regulates the blocking force by adjusting clamping pressure without opening the vise, enabling blockage both during clamping (external grip) and opening (internal grip).
- Compactness: reduced mechanism dimensions allow better exploitation of the machining area.
