Designs

Facing heads use a twin slide design built for rigidity at low spindle speeds, with large tool mounting surfaces and minimal backlash for precise groove and profile work.

A low-friction rack-and-slide mechanism, available in 40° or 27° configurations, is driven through a drawbar via hydraulic or NC electromechanical cylinder, enabling accurate exterior and interior machining on transfer machines.
